SECTION 5 – PRODUCTS OR SERVICES

All products are made‑to‑order and fulfilled through our production partner Printify. Colors may vary slightly due to screen differences or printing processes. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

SECTION 6 – ORDER PROCESSING & FULFILLMENT

Orders are automatically routed to Printify’s global production network. Processing times vary depending on the product and production partner. Once an order is placed, it immediately enters production and cannot be changed or canceled.


SECTION 7 – SHIPPING

Shipping times depend on the customer’s location and the Printify production partner fulfilling the order. Delays caused by carriers, customs, or production partners are outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error are not eligible for replacement or refund.

SECTION 8 – RETURNS, EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

We accept returns and exchanges on eligible items.

To request a return or exchange, buyers must contact us within 30 days of delivery. Items must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery to remain eligible.

Conditions of Return

  • Buyers may return or exchange an item.

  • Buyers must return the item within 30 days of delivery.

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Buyers are responsible for any loss in value (as agreed upon with the seller) if the item is not returned in its original condition.

Non‑Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene, customization, or other restrictions. Any such limitations will be noted on the product page.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have entered production through our fulfillment partner, Printify.

We may provide access to third‑party tools (including Shopify, Printify, and integrated apps). We do not monitor or control these tools and are not responsible for issues arising from their use.

Certain content, products, and services available via our Service may include materials from third parties, including:

  • Shopify (store platform, checkout, payment processing)

  • Printify (production and fulfillment)

  • Pinterest (traffic and marketing tools)

  • Etsy (if customers follow links to your Etsy shop)

Each third‑party service has its own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third‑party actions or service interruptions.

SECTION 12 – USER COMMENTS, FEEDBACK AND OTHER SUBMISSIONS

If you send creative ideas, suggestions, or other materials, you agree that we may edit, copy, publish, or use them without restriction.
